I'm not receiving the verification code.
Make sure the phone number you typed matches the one your employer added you with. SMS delivery can take up to 60 seconds. If it still hasn't arrived, tap Resend code, or contact your employer to confirm the number on file.
"No active employee found with this phone number."
Your employer has not added you to their team yet, or your account has been deactivated. Ask your employer to add you on the 9x Local admin portal.
Location won't lock to my job site.
Open Settings → ServicePins → Location and make sure access is set to While Using the App and Precise Location is on. If you're indoors or in a basement, GPS may be weak — step outside and try again.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Admin (gear icon) → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account, pin history, and photos are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
Photos won't upload — pending sync.
The app queues pins offline and publishes them as soon as you have signal. If a queue persists for more than a few minutes after you regain signal, open Admin → Retry Sync Now.
I see "Server is not configured for account deletion yet."
You're on an older app build. Update ServicePins from the App Store and try again. If it still appears after updating, email support@9xlocal.com.
