What do the maintenance fees add up to?
Use annual contract fees. The example is 20 buildings at $800 per year, with two scheduled visits. Repairs are separate.
Include crew labor, materials, travel and any direct subcontract cost.Fees = buildings x annual fee. Visits = buildings x visits per year. Fees plus repair sales minus direct delivery costs leaves an amount before marketing and overhead. Replacements you hope to win aren't recurring contract income.
